The Governance Forum, (TGF) provides leadership solutions to strengthen the capacity of the board. We believe that the board should have the right range of skills and experience to set the strategic direction and objectives of the organisation. What’s more, we encourage board members to personally broaden their understanding of the duties and responsibilities of other key staff within the organisation.
