The Governance Development Plan
The Governance Development Plan (GDP) is produced after the initial consultation and completion of the Governance Diagnostic Assessment. Having answered the comprehensive list of questions identified to establish gaps in governance it is then possible to produce the Governance Development Plan outlining all the areas for development in governance by the client organisation.
