Ruth is an experienced consultant and coach specializing in organizational development projects for the housing sector, local government and NHS for the past 9 years. Ruth offers expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, learning and development and coaching.
Ruth’s recent projects include the design and delivery of a coaching-based induction programme for a leading social housing provider and induction materials for an arms-length Welsh Assembly Government advisory panel. She has a long-term commitment to a large local authority to develop their values-based employee engagement programme. Ruth also provides leadership and management training and coaching to a number of housing organizations.
In addition to her core work activities Ruth is a Local Government Chronicle Challenge Assessor and a Trustee of a mental health training and rehabilitation charity.
